I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

I understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
- PAY AT TIME OF BOOKING is a policy that is non-negotiable. Out of respect for my professional conduct and your time, I ask that all sessions be paid in full at the time of scheduling your appointment. If you choose to leave a gratuity/tip that can take place after your session. Tips are not expected but are greatly appreciated.
- 24 HOUR NOTICE is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment and for you to reschedule your appointment.
- "NO SHOW" is anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason. A no-show appointment can not be rescheduled.
- LATE ARRIVALS will result in a shortened session time in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
