One of my greatest joys is assisting my clients in deepening the relationship they have with their body.  The body is your greatest tool for navigating a healthy, joyful and vibrant life.  The deeper relationship and awareness you have of your body, the greater potential for a rich and fulfilling human experience. 

I have been a professional massage therapist since 2008 and have been licensed in NC, SC and CO.  

I enjoy working with those who have specific, acute or chronic pain and are looking for focused body work to bring sustainable relief over time; as well as clients who appreciate an intuitive massage approach, where I allow the wisdom of your body to direct the massage.

I also enjoy working with individuals who are wanting to heal from physical abuse or mental/emotional traumas with the aid of bodywork. 

I offer intuitive sessions for those seeking insight into a particular issue or pain that hasn't been easily resolved. In these sessions, I incorporate my experience with energy work and Reiki training into the massage, creating a unique and holistic approach to healing.
